Saba

Saba is also one of the safest islands in the World. Feel free to take a walk any time of day or night, while many locals even leave their doors unlocked.

The best way to describe this unique island with fewer than 2,000 residents is to list the have-nots: Saba has no crime, no high rises, no traffic lights, no crowds, no fast-food restaurants, no casinos, no cruise ships. Oh, and we almost forgot, no beaches. All diving is from boats.

SCUBA diving is the top attraction of Saba, and it surely offers one of the top dive spots in the Caribbean, with unique structures to go along with a healthy reef and an amazing underwater topography. The Saba Marine Park protects 30 dive sites around the island of Saba.
